Ellie was fantastic from the moment we first reached out almost 18 months ago, when we were really struggling with our boy, Otto. We were facing a wide range of issues, including difficulty settling, barking, jumping and humping. One of our biggest concerns was how he interacted with our house cat, as Otto was the new arrival and we wanted to make sure we handled the situation properly. Although he never showed any aggression, he would become highly aroused whenever the cat was around. Ellie created a clear plan for us, which we followed carefully down to the smallest detail. Our cat and dog now live happily together and interact beautifully. We genuinely could not have asked for more. Being able to safely leave them alone together was incredibly important to us, particularly as the cat was here first and we needed to know that keeping Otto was going to be possible. After completing our initial behavioural course, we booked another session and would not hesitate to do so again should any concerns arise in the future. It is also reassuring to know that Ellie is always there. I occasionally message her for advice, and she is consistently polite, helpful and genuinely interested in how Otto is doing. It is thanks to Ellie that Otto is still part of our family. She really was our last chance after other dog trainers had been unable to help, and we will always be incredibly grateful for everything she has done for us.

I cannot recommend Ellie highly enough. When we first started, our dog Susie was extremely nervous, reactive, and unable to socialise with other dogs. Walks were stressful for both us and Susie, and we often had to avoid situations where we might encounter other dogs. We genuinely wondered whether things would ever improve. Through patience, expertise, and a tailored approach, the transformation has been incredible. Our dog has gained confidence, can now be walked calmly, and is able to interact and socialise with other dogs in a way we never thought possible. The progress has been gradual, positive, and, most importantly, lasting. What really stood out was the understanding and support we received throughout the process. Rather than offering a quick fix, Ellie helped us understand our dog's behaviour and gave us the tools and confidence to continue making progress ourselves. We came across Ellie’s page after we noticed some behavioural issues with out 3yo male Golden Retriever, Hank. We noticed changes to Hanks behaviour after we had a baby. Hank became very fearful of fireworks and they started going off unexpectedly one evening while out on a walk. Since that day, Hank refused to go out whenever it was dark. Hank also growled at me & my husband on two separate occasions, which had never happened before and made me instantly worried that this could be directed towards our daughter in the future. He then started to excessively lick his paw constantly. I took Hank to the vets and we got the all clear that he wasn’t anything medical and was likely anxiety issues. The vet recommended we see a behaviourist. I reached out to Ellie after coming across her page online and she came back to me on WhatsApp very promptly. After explaining the above to Ellie, she recommended we do a tailored behavioural course, which we was more than happy to do. We had a consultation with Ellie and she instantly made us feel at ease that these issues could be worked on and there was hope for Hank! As well as the behavioural concerns, we also discussed with Ellie how Hank can pull very hard on the lead going to new places and would occasionally lunge at dogs, to the point that we wasn’t enjoying taking him to new places any more and would actively avoid it. Ellie’s plan has been absolutely fantastic! Within the first two weeks we were able to get Hank back out walking in the dark again. She also identified that Hank was trigger stacking, which likely lead to the growls. Ellie shared her knowledge with us to put preventative measures in place to identify if Hank was getting stressed and as soon as we started them, the paw licking stopped and Hank hasn’t growled at us again since. We can’t thank Ellie enough for all the help she has given us! I honestly thought we were just on a constant downhill with Hank and Ellie has completely turned this around. Hank also absolutely loved her which is a bonus! Ellie is so friendly, knowledgeable and just an all round easy person to talk to. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ellie to anyone who needs a behaviourist!

After an unsuccessful session with a traditional dog trainer, we felt we needed someone who really understood our dogs needs and get to the route of his emotional and physical well being. Her website details extensive experience with Romanian rescues and from the intial phone call she put us at ease. Ellie made us feel understood and we that weren’t failing but needed specific help and guidance with the challenges we faced. Ellie was so attentive, we had phone call and message check ins regularly plus weekly meetings. Ellie was able to constantly adapt the training depending on the outcomes, pulling new ideas and skills from her vast knowledge. Ellie was empathetic and caring, making us feel supported whilst offering tons of information and specific plans. We saw huge changes and results from the work we did with her and it is clear she is passionate about her work with families and dogs. If you have a Romanian rescue (or any breed) we would highly recommend Ellie.

What can we say?! Ellie has changed our lives with our working cocker spaniel Peggy -Sue! It became a chore and unenjoyable walking Peggy-Sue, now with Ellie’s help it has completely changed for the better, we enjoy taking her for a walk, Peggy Sue has become more interested in us and we now have a new understanding. She has worked wonders for us and we highly recommend!

Ellie has literally changed our lives with her kindness, support and guidance. We are a multi dog household with one resource guarder, who was very reactive.. at everything. Working with Ellie on both home visits/outside visits has given us the knowledge, confidence and skills to support our dog's emotional needs in turn meeting all their other needs. We are now able to take nice walks with our boys, gaining confidence in greetings and will eventually with Ellie's continued support be able to meet other dogs. 5 stars is not enough. We are so pleased we found Ellie, theres no judgement, nothing is to much trouble and our boys love her!

We honestly can’t rate Ellie high enough. We had a very difficult and challenging case with our dog Charlie. Ellie brought some brilliant ideas and training tips to the table and made us think completely outside the box. She gave us the knowledge and confidence to carry out her training and what great results we got. She was there every step of the way with advice needed. When we started the training I don't think we had any real hopes of achieving too much with Charlie but boy were we wrong. With Ellie’s help Charlie has come on leaps and bounds overcoming some of his biggest issues and making them manageable for us to deal with. More than we could have ever expected. Such high praise for Ellie and her services.

We reached out to Ellie to get some help and support with our miniature dachshunds. Frank & Bruno 🐾,both our dogs had different struggles in different areas.Very quickly Ellie was able to identify what support was needed for each dog and taught us how to support there needs. The change has been remarkable, we are astonished with how smart and intelligent our dogs actually are,they had so much potential but we just needed the right support to let them show us and my goodness they have certainly done that! There still the most beautiful dogs but with Ellies help there even better! there reactivity has improved and there manners are impeccable! its bought out the best in them and us.Ellies advised us on diet,treats,healthcare,medication and much more! Being a multi dog household we soon realised how different our twins were,The knowledge and understanding we have of the breed is something we will hold onto forever and that has all come from Ellie. We have continued with our program with Ellie and will continue in to the new year because we enjoy it so much and so do our dogs. The training program is not only the best thing we ever done but its allowed us to be able to enjoy our dogs even more than before knowing we have a strong support from Ellie and understanding of there little world.Not only is Ellie the most kindest soul,her help and guidance had given us confidence and reassurance to know what to do in certain situations. Ellie has been a great help and guidance for us with our two dogs, especially our cocker spaniel, Otis. She gives us good, clear and easy to follow methods that are most importantly kind to our dogs. I think one of the best things about working with Ellie is that she really understands how pain can affect our dogs behaviour and this has been very helpful with both of our dogs. She is also very happy to endure Otis’s over the top greetings and kisses when she visits, which he definitely loves!
